Purpose: handling your inquiry and communicating with you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication).
Submitted inquiries may include campaign measurement metadata when present at submission time: UTM fields, landing page, referrer, form metadata, submission time, and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, and wbraid).
Cookies, consent, analytics, and campaign measurement
We use the self-hosted Silktide Consent Manager to show consent controls, remember your consent preferences in browser storage, and let you change those preferences later.
Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization denied.
If you grant analytics consent, Google Tag Manager may enable Google Analytics 4 reporting. Analytics consent grants analytics_storage only.
If you grant marketing consent, Google Tag Manager may enable Google Ads conversion reporting for successfully sent inquiries. Marketing consent grants ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.
Campaign pages may continue to include first-party campaign context with a submitted inquiry. We do not persist campaign attribution across pages or visits.
Cloudflare Turnstile (spam/bot protection)
When enabled, Turnstile processes technical data (e.g., IP address, browser information, timestamps) to prevent abuse.

- Cloudflare, Inc. - Turnstile provider; data may be processed outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC - Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion reporting after the relevant consent has been granted.
5. Storage Duration
- Contact inquiries and included campaign measurement metadata: until your request is fully handled, and then as required by statutory retention obligations.
- Consent preferences: stored until you change them through Consent preferences or clear browser storage.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: retained according to Cloudflare policies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Articles 15-21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future through Consent preferences in the footer or by contacting us at hello@appsters.at.
